Rick Kaufman, president and owner of Yale Management, is a predominant real estate broker and investor in the Southern California market. For the past 45+ years, Rick has been a part of numerous successful investments and transactions, as he brings a depth of experience that is not commonly found in the Property Management industry.
When Rick initially took helm of the company, Yale Management consisted of roughly 1,000 units and 30 employees. Today, Rick and his dedicated team of more than 200 employees are managing over 7,500 units—and consistently growing every day!
With such extensive experience, Rick is confident in his management style, which allows him to make decisions quickly and precisely. He has also cultivated a team of dedicated, professional and independent employees who can effortlessly tackle any situation.
