Rick Kaufman, president/owner of Yale Management is a predominant real estate broker and investor in the southern California market. Over the past 40 years, Rick has been a part of numerous successful investments and transactions, and he brings a depth of experience that is not commonly found in the property management industry.


When Rick initially took helm of the company, Yale Management consisted of roughly 1,000 units and 30 employees. Today, Rick and his dedicated team of more than 150 employees are managing nearly 4,000 units and consistently growing every day.


With such extensive experience, Rick is confident in his management style, which allows him to make decisions quickly and properly. He has also cultivated a team of dedicated, professional and independent employees who can effortlessly tackle any situation.
